Confirm with your home state if you can register a vehicle that has a VT registration only (or you could certainly register in VT like I did (VT does not require residence to register vehicles))Here are the known issues : (Note that I am not a mechanic nor am I an RV inspector.  These are just my personal obvervations from when I drove it.  I tried to notice everything but it's possible I missed some things):First and most importantly, I did not have access to 120V or 12V power or water so none of these system were tested.  This includes but is not limited to: all 120V throughout the coach was not tested, all 12V throughout the coach was not tested, generator was not tested, heat, hot water and AC were not tested, fresh water was not tested, slide-outs were not tested, awnings were not tested, air mattress was not tested (I believe there is an inflatable bed in the sleeper sofa and that was also not tested), neither washer nor dryer was tested, jacks were not tested, TVs were not tested, refrigerator was not tested. Probably the biggest issue impacting driveability is that there is a fault in the air / hydraulic jack levelling system.  It would appear that when there's a fault, the air bags will not air up rendering the coach undrivable.  When I picked up the motorhome, someone else had already bypassed the levelling system controller so that the coach will air up and it's driveable.  However, the bypassing the system controller also appears to bypass the ride heigth adjustments, etc so the motorhome rides higher than it should and much firmer than it should.  Although it's driveable as-is, the levelling system needs to be fixed.  Once the levelling system is fixed, the "fix" that bypasses the levelling system controller needs to be removed (easy to see, there's a few connectors that are bypassing the levelling system controller).  Levelling system is showing a fault - could be as simple as a dirty or bad sensor somewhere.Chassis batteries do not hold a charge and need to be boosted to start the engine.  Once running, it's fine but if you turn it off for an extended period time, batteries could be drained again and you will need to be boosted again.  Although it's driveable as-is, the chassis batteries need to be replaced and I would replace both on pickup (actually I think it might only be 1 of the batteries that's really bad but I would strongly recommend replacing both)There's a fuel leak if you fill-up using the driver's side fuel fill-up port.  Passenger side is fine.  I didn't investigate but I suspect there's a missing collar or clamp or band or something between the fuel fill-up port and the fuel hose that goes from the driver side fuel port to the tank.  Don't use it!  It's driveable as-is and really doesn't have any impact as long as you always fill on passenger side but I would fix when convenient. One of the hydraulic jacks is not raising completely.  Can't troubleshoot without resolving the fault in the levelling system.  Although it's not retracted all the way, the jack appears high enough to drive and provide plenty of clearance so driveable as-is  (it's possible that this is actually the fault with the levelling system and / or when you fix the levelling system, this will work as expectec)The house 12V system needs to be fixed.  The motorhome is missing all 4 12V house batteries and it's also missing the "Intellitec Battery Control Center" (I don't actually know what this is or what it does, I just know that it's missing).  From what I've been able to tell, it uses model 769 or 861.  Windshield has a crack along the bottom on the driver's side There is damage to rear cap - it's broken and missing some fiberglass and the "bumper" behind it is a bit bent (also missing a rear side marker light on passenger side where cap is damaged) and missing rear most storage bin door on passenger side.Missing side marker at front passenger side (in front of the entry step)Fog lights INOP or broken (can't remember but I had a note that there was an issue with the fog lights) Transmission felt a bit rough especially when engine brake engaged.  Driveable as-is but I'd have it looked atCheck engine light is onSide cameras don't work (probably connection issue).  Camera does work in the backDash HVAC fan doesn't work.  (Fan for defrost did though). Some kitchen floor tiles were liftingEntry step physically disconnected (I think the steps are actually extended but there's no 12V to make it retract so I removed the linkage and tied it up quickly so that I could drive).  Linkage is on the floor under the passenger seat.Bedroom driver side awning over window is missing.Bedroom ceiling fan has one damaged blade so I suspect it's not usable without replacing the bladeSome of the storage doors are not latching properly and being held with bungee cordsPropane system (hose) is disconnected from tankScreen door frame is a bit bent and the handle is brokenI didn't see the extension for the rear ladderMissing one hubcap / cover on front passenger side wheelThe motorhome is in storage in Bridgeport, TX and will need to be picked up from there.  It starts and runs with a boost but I would strongly recommend replacing both chassis batteries (I believe the rear one is basically finished and it drains the front one).  As soon as I receive payment in full, I'll send the high bidder the contact information for the storage owner and you can coordinate for pickup.*** SOLD AS-IS / WHERE IS.  No warranties implied ***  I've tried to describe it to the best of my knowledge and ability. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask and I will try to answer as best I can keeping in mind that I'm in Canada and the motorhome is in storage in Texas (so I can't go check anything).  If you have questions, do not bid before I answer them.On Jan-15-23 at 07:11:30 PST, seller added the following information:I forgot to mention that the previous title was a FL Certificate of Destruction.  I believe it was issued by the insurance company because of flooding.  I didn't see any sign of flooding inside the motorhome and I didn't see a "water line" mark anywhere on the motorhome.
